My career has provided me with a wide range of experience and expertise for that: It started over a decade ago with a commercial apprenticeship and has taken me to live, work and study in five different countries. Most recently, I spent four and a half years in business consulting, managing multi-million pound projects and leading teams of up to 20 people. 
In addition to the project objectives, the continuous development of my clients, colleagues and employer was always a top priority for me.

During this time, I have completed numerous additional training and development programmes, 
as well as certifications as a Change Manager and Business Coach.

I have always been on the lookout for opportunities and room for improvement in my environment, and have a genuine interest in helping people.
