General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Coaching & Consulting Services

1 Scope and validity

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to all contracts and services between GRNR CONSULT, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor", and its clients, hereinafter referred to as "Client". The GTC are valid from 01.01.2024 until further notice.

2 Scope of services

2.1 The Contractor shall provide coaching and consulting services in accordance with the individually agreed service descriptions and offers.

2.2 Changes or extensions to the scope of services require the written consent of both the Contractor and the Client. This also includes the manner and framework conditions of the service provision.

3 Fee and terms of payment

3.1 The fee for the services rendered shall be calculated in accordance with the conditions set out in the offer or the written agreement.

3.2 Invoices are payable without deduction within 14 days of invoicing. 

3.2 In the event of late payment by the customer, the contractor reserves the right to charge interest in accordance with the statutory amount for consumers and companies.

4 Liability and warranty

4.1 The Contractor shall only be liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded.

4.2 Any warranty for specific results of the coaching and consulting services is excluded.

5 Confidentiality and non-disclosure

5.1 The Client undertakes to maintain strict confidentiality of all documents and information received in the course of the cooperation. This includes the initiation phase as well.

5.2 The Contractor reserves the right to take legal action in the event of breaches of contract by the Client.

6 Cancellation and contractual penalty

6.1 The contract term and cancellation periods are set out in the individual agreement.

6.2 In the event of premature termination of the contract for reasons for which the Client is responsible, the Contractor reserves the right to claim an appropriate contractual penalty.

7 Data protection and data security

The Contractor undertakes to comply with all data protection regulations. Details are set out in the privacy policy Link.

8 Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

8.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively to all legal relationships between the contracting parties.
